The Important Stuff
When someone struggles with a personal issue like an eating disorder, it’s really easy to search for help privately rather than reaching out to trained people who can actively communicate and help bring healing and recovery. With that said, this blog is meant to be a place for me to write about my experiences with an eating disorder, as well as my personal methods to cope with the issues I face. It is my hope that readers can find inspiration and maybe a bit of the courage they need to reach out to someone who can help them. But it is important that readers do just that – reach out to trained professionals. I cannot diagnose or give treatment tips, only provide a look into my journey.
